Survival Kit for Graduates

Looking for a unique gift that will actually be useful? You might want to consider our Heights of Health “Survival Kit for Graduates (and everyone else).” I have put together some great products to have on hand, whether it be for your graduate, favorite teacher or to have at your house or vacation home. You won’t regret having these great products around when an issue arises at 2 am.

All products are 15% off for the month of May. If you want to create a gift basket with items of your choosing, Stephanie will package them together beautifully (for a small fee), so that your gift makes a lovely impression. We will also include this list inside your gift so your recipient will know how and when to use these products.

Here’s Tracy’s list of ‘go-to rescue items’ for your own Survival Kit or for gifting:

Immune Alert – Feeling like you may be coming down with something? I take this at the very first signs of a cold and usually knock it out within a few hours. Take as directed on the label and continue to take for a couple of days after symptoms disappear.

ExcellZyme or Energy-V
– Looking for a healthy energy boost? This is a great option that feeds the body instead of depleting it. Take early in the day, a couple usually does the trick.

L Theanine +Ashwagandha – Ready to focus? This liquid is meant to help create Alert Relaxation. It helps balance stress hormones and can be taken with caffeine for a real brain boost. If you are waking in the middle of the night with your brain reeling, you can take it then, as well, to help you fall back to sleep faster by slowing down your busy brain.

King Coffee – A tasty blend of organic coffee with Reishi mushrooms to help boost the immune system, regulate stress, and improve energy, balancing out the negative effects of caffeine. The packets are great for travel or just to have on hand if you need a boost.

Activated Charcoal – Did you overdo it? Too much drink? Maybe ate some street food from a not-so-clean vendor? Charcoal helps absorb toxins to relieve gastrointestinal distress. I recommend taking 4-6 at a time as needed. This is not recommended for long-term use, just for acute situations.

Lower Bowel Stimulation -It does exactly what it says, bringing relief to those times when you might feel a bit “stuck. Dosage is individual, but I usually recommend starting with 2-3 at bedtime and adjusting from there. This is not meant for long-term use either, just take as needed.

Calm Five – Feeling stressed out? Calm Five can be your saving grace. You can take one squirt directly under the tongue or in your water (great for kids and pets, too). You can take this several times daily in acute situations.

Field of Flowers – Like Rescue Calm, this Bach Flower essence combo is great to help balance emotions. However, it is geared toward all emotional imbalance and can be taken under the tongue or in water daily to maintain or achieve better emotional balance.

Core Ginger – Gut feeling inflamed? Bloated? Gassy? Too much of the wrong food? This tasty tincture has a kick to it and can be made into a tea to mix in a little water to help with digestive discomfort.

Silver Shield Gel – A great natural anti-microbial for almost any kind of skin condition. Apply topically as needed.

CBD Salve – Looking for something to soothe those sore muscles after hunched over the computer all night, or from a fun weekend of hiking? This soothing salve contains CBD to reduce inflammation and speed healing plus homeopathic arnica, essential oils like lavender and eucalyptus plus menthol.

Melatonin – Sometimes sleep evades us, especially when we are not on a regular schedule or have been traveling. Melatonin is a great way to get back on track. This spray is perfect because you can tailor the dosage to the person. I recommend starting low (1 -3 mg) and increasing if needed.
